江海锋，男，副教授，博士，微电子科学与工程教研室教师。先后承担《大学物理》、《电磁场与电磁波》、《固体物理》、《半导体物理》、《半导体器件》等课程的教学工作。

主要从事透明导电氧化物材料的制备及物性研究，目前也从事第一性原理的计算研究。博士及工作期间发表SCI学术论文6篇。主持安徽省自然科学基金青年项目、教育厅自然科学研究一般项目以及池州学院引进研究生科研启动项目各一项，并参加国家自然基金青年项目和省科技厅年度重点项目各一项。
